Fixed an issue where AI Drivers could go brain-dead if they remained on gravel or mud surfaces for too long. It was a very traumatic experience for the AI community.

The Connection Black Flag rule may now be enabled in Hosted Sessions!

When enabled, the Connection Black Flag rule functions exactly as it does for Official Sessions in the Hosted Session. Drivers with intermittent and unstable connections to the race server may receive a black flag, and be sent to pits until their connection improves.

Fixed an issue with popping visual artifacts where some 3D curbs were being rendered with a lower level-of-detail resolution than they should have been based on camera distance. This was especially noticeable at The Bend.
